Cancellation policy

If a booking is cancelled before 48 hrs of arrival, there will be 10% cancellation charge.(Banking fee and administration fee)

If a booking is cancelled within 48 hrs of arrival, there will be 50% cancellation charge.

If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival there will be 100% cancellation charges.

Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supersede those stated here. In such case our Customer Service Agents will of course inform you clearly and completely. Otherwise it will follow the cancellation policy.

Cancellation has to be made through corresponding email ID ONLY; otherwise no cancellation will be entertained. Cancellations will not be accepted over Phone.

For early checkout, you are responsible for the entire reservation and will be charged as such if the remainder of the reservation cannot be rebooked. If unsure of the policy, contact the hotel for clarification.

All guests must produce a valid address proof upon Check-in. For any early Check-out, there will be one night early check-out penalty to be imposed. In an event of a guest No Show, a fee of one night’s rate will be charged.

For Peak Season, all reservations payments are non-refundable

REFUND POLICY:

When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund right away. The processing will take between 2-4 weeks until the whole amount shows back on your credit card statement. Reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel’s cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees. For more details see cancellation policy above.
